Childcare Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I have 3 boys who love sports. They are fun, athletic, and active kids who love baseball, basketball, football, golf, swimming, and soccer. We would need someone during working hours when I have to be at meetings etc. so time flexibility is important. Generally the hours are during the day betweeen 9 and 3.
