Babysitter

I work from home, and with a developing young mind I just don't have the time to balance both. He naps only once a day now in the morning. My son is a sweet boy, on the brink of walking I usually take him out for walks in his stroller with our dog, he eats every two hours I have multiple play areas for him he also enjoys independent play and music. I do simple crafts with him and sometimes take him swimming in our pool. He's 13 months and I converse with him in both English and Spanish he's just def in that exploratory phase and I can't juggle my work and making sure my little one doesn't hurt himself. I'm just looking for a helping hand.
