Babysitter Needed for my Children

I am looking for a mothers helper type role for my 3-year-old son. We need help getting him ready in the mornings (breakfast, clothes, brush teeth, potty), drop off at therapy (certain days only), waiting at speech therapy (30m), and then drop off at school. Hours are flexible. If no car is available, the alternative is to stay home with my infant while grandma does dropoff with the 3-year-old.
