Babysitter

I am looking for someone who can be part of the family and help me with my twins while I am working from home. I will be home to be able to assist you if need be, but there will be times when I am in a meeting that I will not be able to assist. I would like someone preferably with twin experience, but not necessarily. My twins are pretty easy going. They are 7 months and are in the exploring phase. I need someone for the long run. My work is very high demand and I need someone who will be reliable. You have the potential of quarterly bonuses.
