Babysitter Needed for my Children

My daughter is a very bright toddler. She loves being outside, climbing, reading books, and playing with puzzles (even making up her own). We do Montessori parenting practices in our home and have predictable schedules for eating, naptime/bedtime, etc. She knows several ASL signs that I'd be happy to teach you. I'm looking for someone who has experience with children, is actively pursuing an education/nursing career, and/or willing to be active with my toddler while I manage pregnancy and eventually a newborn. I would be happy to work with work/college schedules and appreciate flexibility in return :)
