Babysitter Needed for my Children - Now Hiring

Work from home mom looking for someone to help with little one so I can work. Looking for someone who is patient and sweet that will engage and play for age appropriate development. Prioritize music, outdoors, free play and reading. Any assistance with better naps is a plus. We also have a very sweet dog that likes to be part of daily activities and a unique (smaller) home with a spiral staircase that someone will need to be comfortable going up while holding baby.
