Babysitter Needed - Now Hiring

My granddaughter is going into first grade and we (her mom and I) need someone to help mainly Tuesday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 3p, so we can work. Mainly drop off and pickup as necessary and keeping her occupied until her mom gets off work. My granddaughter does great one-on-one, loves to play in the water, loves animals, loves to play with hair and makeup. She's strong willed and is very loving at the same time. Needs a lot of consistency and routine. We're considering homeschool. If we decide to go this route, we'll figure the routine out when we cross that bridge.
