Client Service Representative

The Client Service Representative plays a crucial role within the Customer Service Team, reporting directly to the Hospital Manager and working closely with our team of veterinary professionals. This position primarily supports clients through effective communication, issue resolution, and accurate data handling, ensuring smooth client interactions and satisfaction. The role operates during the 12pm-12am shift and does not require any travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support to clients
• Resolve client issues efficiently and effectively
• Enter and maintain accurate client data
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members
• Verify information to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and support
• Support the human/ animal bond

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of veterinary experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
