Personal Assistant/Runner

Prestigious Personal Injury Law Firm seeks a Personal Assistant and Runner to the Senior Attorney.

**MUST be able to speak fluent English AND Spanish. No Exceptions.**

Looking for a high energy upbeat candidate that is ready to work in a fast paced environment. This position is ideal for someone that is up for a challenge and does best working under pressure. VERY BUSY position. Must be willing and open to travel out of state. 

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Schedule appointments
• Personal shopping needs
• Daily lunch and dinner pick ups
• Out of state travel
• Arrange travel plans
• Main point of contact for personal needs

Candidates must have:

• Reliable vehicle
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work as a member of a team.
• Ability to multi-task and be organized
• High energy
• Excited to work!
