Automotive Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor/Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our service department that specializes in performance and luxury vehicles. This role combines traditional service advisor and estimator responsibilities with front-office support to ensure an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and accurately document service concerns.
• Prepare estimates, recommend repairs, and communicate repair timelines.
• Coordinate workflow between customers and technicians to maximize shop efficiency.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Schedule service appointments and maintain the daily shop calendar.
• Order parts, track deliveries, and coordinate with vendors to minimize downtime.
• Monitor repair progress and provide customers with status updates.
• Process repair orders, invoices, and warranty documentation as needed.
• Maintain organized service records and ensure a clean, professional front office.
• Deliver a high level of customer service while building long-term client relationships.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Manager, or Automotive Estimator.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Experience with shop management software and parts ordering systems is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
