Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Quick Service Advisor to join our Service team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking fast, efficient maintenance and minor repair services. You will manage the quick service lane, build strong customer relationships, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied with their vehicle and experience.
As a Quick Service Advisor, you play a critical role in driving service department efficiency, customer retention, and revenue through upselling recommended maintenance services. Previous Quick Service or Express Lane experience is preferred.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
Must be able to work Monday - Saturday (rotating schedule). Typical hours: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM with one weekday off.
Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
