Rhino Medical is seeking a fellowship-trained Interventional Radiology physician for an on-site locum tenens role supporting a hospital-based practice in Huntsville, Texas. This position offers a flexible schedule, collaborative planning with the Radiology Director, and opportunities for credentialing at additional sites in Corpus Christi to enhance shift options.

This opportunity places providers within a well-supported, hospital-based environment with a focus on bread-and-butter interventional procedures, working toward volume peaks during periods like Spring Break. Providers will work closely with the Radiology team to tailor schedules according to comfort levels, with no call required.

Opportunity Highlights

• Location: Huntsville, TX
• Interventional Radiology Physician Locum Tenens
• Schedule: 3 provider-selected days (Monday-Friday)
• Shifts: 8:00 to 17:00, on-site only
• Higher procedural volumes expected during peak seasons such as Spring Break

Clinical Scope

• Bread and butter interventional radiology procedures
• Volume: To be determined, with higher peaks in designated times
• Coordination with inpatient teams and support staff
• Modality checklist required onsite

Schedule & Coverage

• Three days per week, provider-selected days (Monday through Friday)
• 8:00 to 17:00 shifts
• No call expectations
• Volume may be higher during peak times like Spring Break
• On-site only, hospital-based environment in Huntsville, TX
• Travel within Aya caps paid
• Additional credentialing opportunity in Corpus Christi for shift flexibility

Requirements

• Active Texas medical license
• Board Certified in radiology (ABR)
• Fellowship trained in Interventional Radiology
• MD degree
