• Monday - Friday, normal outpatient clinic hours -- no weekend coverage
• Approximately 12 scheduled patients per day
• VA outpatient primary care clinic
• Member of VA Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT)
• Chronic disease management -- hypertension, diabetes, CAD, PTSD, depression
• Preventive care including physicals, screenings, immunizations, wellness visits
• Acute care -- respiratory illness, wounds, dermatology, ENT, GI conditions
• Minimum 2 years of recent primary care experience required
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
