Healthcare HR Coordinator | Permanent

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Healthcare HR Coordinator to support a multi-site healthcare organization including Pain Management Clinics, Primary Care Offices, Urgent Care Centers, Physical Therapy Departments, and an Ambulatory Surgery Center.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Human Resources experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, recruitment, onboarding, and personnel management.
• Experience managing employee records and HR compliance.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Experience with credentialing, privileging, accreditation, or healthcare compliance.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, AAAHC, and healthcare regulatory requirements.
