Job Title: Janitorial Associate

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay: $15.00 per hour

We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Janitorial Associate to join our team. This is a full-time, first-shift position responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff.

Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning of classrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas
Clean and sanitize restrooms
Empty trash and recycling containers
Replenish restroom and cleaning supplies as needed
Clean windows, doors, and other high-touch surfaces
Follow all safety procedures and cleaning protocols
Report maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel
Complete other janitorial duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Previous janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
