We are seeking a dynamic and driven Child Care Center Assistant Director with daycare or preschool enrollment experience to support center operations, lead our team, and help drive growth.

What You'll Do
- Lead with passion to inspire staff, children, and families every day.
- Ensure full compliance with all state licensing regulations and health/safety standards.

Qualifications
- Required: Prior marketing and childcare experience.
- Required: At least 1 year of childcare center leadership or management experience and 1 year of teaching experience.
- Required: Director/Administrative credential (per state licensing requirements).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field.
- Strong, up-to-date knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
