Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: light housekeeping (we might hire a separate house cleaner), checking in on her, possibly assisting her to get in and out of shower, making sure she is taking her daily medication. About the care needs: she lives alone and has fallen twice within a year. Looking for a routine check in to see how she is doing. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
