Babysitter Needed for my Children - Now Hiring

Looking for a proactive, attentive caregiver who can help transition baby into solids and teething and help support with occasional household tasks, such as laundry, tidying, and light meal prep. Looking for someone who is comfortable with mom who works from home. Will need flexibility with going part time when grandparents are visiting. Grandparents visit every quarter for a few weeks at a time, and role would transition to 4 hours/day during those visits.
