\n \nTravel Social Worker (MSW/LCSW) – Outpatient Dialysis Required License/Certification: MSW or LCSW with North Dakota licensure* Setting: Outpatient Dialysis Center (No clinical involvement) Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Experience: 1+ year required First-time travelers: Accepted EMR: Epic Responsibilities: Provide social work services for dialysis patients Support approximately 95 patients/month Travel or provide telehealth support to sister locations in Williston and Turtle Lake Schedule & Orientation: No weekends or holidays No self-scheduling 1-week orientation with a preceptor Dress code: Business casual 50-mile radius rule
