Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans to enhance their independence and well-being

• Implement and modify treatment plans to meet changing patient needs and goals

• Provide physical therapy interventions, including exercise, manual therapy, and education to patients and their caregivers

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal outcomes

• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

• Partake in staff meetings and contribute to the development of new programs and services to improve patient care
