Home Health Aide Needed

I'm looking for hands-on care for my father in his 50s. Important - experience with managing and administering medication is required. Assistance with bathing is one of our requirements. Please have experience assisting with feeding. Preferences for a caregiver who is comfortable with pets. He is leaving in patient rehab after being there for 3 weeks and before that was in hospital for a month. He had spine surgery and also has parkinsons and is working on becoming mobile again. We have a hoyer lift for moving him. Ideal candidate would be someone with experience helping someone with mobility issues.
