Babysitter Needed for my Children

Our daughter, is about 14. 5 months old. Our hours are 7:30am-4:30pm, but occasionally I travel for work and it would be 6:30am-5:45 p.m. for those days. Looking for 3-4 days a week of work, it depends on our work schedule as well, and we would communicate 4 weeks out each days of the week. She is a sweet child, she is crawling and learning to stand and maybe walk soon. She is at about 1 nap a day now.
