Childcare Needed

I have a 2-month-old girl that Im looking for a caregiver for. I need help during the day while I work from home so I dont have to put her into daycare. Ideally, I would love someone who can watch her at our house, and someone she can build a relationship with and who will want to continue until the foreseeable future. The days and hours during the week are sometimes flexible as my husband works in film so sometimes he will be home and able to care for her.
