Babysitter

My child will be around 5 months old when we will start needing care. I would love to chat on the phone or in person as our schedule will vary- we will have intermittent help from parents but need help with the in between months when I go back to work 3 days a week (my husband will be working full time). Looking for someone who loves babies- playful and able to stick to a strict routine with feeding/naps etc at that age. We want someone who can interact with our baby on a personal level and teach him skills along (i. e. sign language, milestone based activities). we also welcome creativity, silliness and playfulness :)
