Babysitter Needed

We have three young children (a 3-year-old and 2-year-old twins). They dont have any special medical needs, but they do need someone who is patient, experienced with toddlers, and comfortable caring for multiple young children at once. They enjoy a predictable routine with playtime, outdoor time when the weather is nice, meals and snacks, reading books, arts and crafts, and naps/rest time. We try to limit screen time and encourage interactive play.
