Nanny Needed - Full-time / Part-time

We are a warm, easygoing family looking for a caring, dependable nanny for our sweet1-year-old daughter. The position is part-time, two days per week (approximately 7:00 AM5:00 PM), with the schedule rotating monthly between Mondays & Wednesdays and Thursdays & Fridays. This would end up being 20-25 hours weekly. We follow a Montessori-inspired parenting approach and value plenty of outdoor time, reading, hands-on play, and encouraging independence through child-led activities. We're hoping to find someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with toddlers, is reliable, nurturing, and will become a trusted part of our family.
