Babysitter Needed for my Children - Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for a reliable, caring babysitter or nanny to care for our 4-month-old daughter while we work overnight shifts. She is a happy, social baby who loves to smile, play, and interact with people. She is bottle-fed with both breast milk and formula. Responsibilities include feeding, diaper changes, soothing her to sleep, and following safe sleep practices. We are looking for someone with infant experience who is patient, dependable, and attentive to her needs. Infant CPR/First Aid certification is strongly preferred. We have a baby monitor and plan to install security cameras in the common areas for everyones safety and peace of mind.
