Babysitter Needed for my Children - Full-time / Part-time

Seeking an experienced special needs/behavioral caregiver for our 8-year-old son. He is bright, funny, and energetic, but has significant ADHD/behavioral regulation challenges and needs calm, skilled support. This is not standard babysitting. We need someone experienced with emotional dysregulation, impulsivity, transitions, sibling conflict, de-escalation, and possible running/elopement risk. RBT, ABA, school aide, therapeutic childcare, or similar experience preferred. Must be warm, steady, reliable, and able to avoid arguing, shaming, threatening, or escalating. Immediate weekday/evening help needed, with possible ongoing role.
