Childcare Needed - Full-time / Part-time

We're looking for a baby sitter who can watch out two youngest. Ages 3 and 5. These two kids would need to be entertain so that us the parents can watch our Autistic soon who needs one on one attention. Our weekends are generally speaking unorganized which is easy in the sense it's low demands but tougher in the sense we need a babysitter that's sitting down and engaging.
