Babysitter Needed for my Children

Seeking a warm, highly interactive caregiver for my child, who is severely speech delayed. The primary and most important part of this role is active engagement. We are looking for someone to sit face-to-face, play, and continuously talk to him to help stimulate his speech and language skills. No light housekeeping, meal prep, or rigid academic curriculum is expected. The entire focus is on meaningful, patient, and verbal companionship. Experience with developmental or speech delays is a huge plus.
