Babysitter Needed

In search of childcare for my newborn, I will be going back to work when he is 6 weeks old, I would like someone reliable, dependable, responsible, someone experienced with infants, and will work with my schedule. I am off a lot of Friday's and some random days throughout the week varying from week to week and my hours are shorter during the summer than during the fall/winter/spring.
