Babysitter Needed for my Children - Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for a fun and reliable nanny for our 1-year-old daughter 3-4 days a week from 9-4. She loves playing with toys, reading books, and anything outdoors. Ideally we are looking for someone who wants to make a genuine connection with our daughter long term, and would love to find the right person who fits well into our family! Because our work schedules change weekly we are looking for someone with schedule flexibility. If you are able to help out on the occasional weekend or date night that is an added bonus.
