House Cleaner - Full-time / Part-time

1, 500 sq ft apartment, in fairly new condition. Wood floors need to be cleaned every month, dusting, light vacuuming of floors, and rugs. I'll wash bed linens that morning, but would like you to put them on the bed. Big front windows don't always need cleaning on the inside. The third bedroom is a piano room with a sofa; I'd like someone flexible enough that, during the time of cleaning, she (he) can do as-needed chores like helping rearrange closets or drawers. Not used much at all. No pets here.
