Housekeeper Needed

Hi, my dad is moving into his former vacation home in Marathon's Little Venice neighborhood and will need regular housekeeping. He will need biweekly general cleaning including laundry and changing the bedding. The day of the week is flexible. The home is single level, around 1000 ft2 (not elevated) with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths (no tubs, only showers), small living room and dining room. Floor is tile throughout. He has an attached laundry room with washer/dryer. There is parking in front of the house and there are no pets. An English speaker is a must.
