Order Picker - Now Hiring

Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a dedicated Order Picker to join their team. As an Order Picker, you will be an essential part of the warehouse operations team supporting efficient order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Order Picker

Location: Rockledge, FL

Pay Range: $18.00 with overtime

Shift: Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Manage pick ticket orders from customers and accurately pull inventory from shelves
• Ensure the correctness of orders by verifying items based on size, quantity, and quality requirements
• Stage items properly for delivery, including shrink wrapping contents onto pallets
• Operate handling equipment safely and in accordance with safety regulations
• Load delivery trucks and pack warehouse orders as needed

What's Needed?

• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment preferred
• Keen attention to detail and ability to lift up to 70+ lbs repeatedly
• Ability to stay on feet for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work in hot temperatures and follow safety procedures
