Cabinet & Door Builder

Our client, a leading organization in the cabinetry and woodworking industry, is seeking a Cabinet & Door Builder in Rockledge to join their team. As a Cabinet & Door Builder, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Cabinet & Door Builder

Location: Rockledge, FL

Pay Rate: $15.50

(2)Shifts: Monday-Friday 5AM-1:30PM or 7AM-3:30PM with some Saturday's/ overtime!

What's the Job?

• Support the organization’s core values and uphold safety standards.
• Assemble cabinetry and door components according to detailed specifications and production standards.
• Utilize pre-kitted carts and tools to efficiently build and assemble cabinet boxes and doors.
• Attach parts and subassemblies using glue, dowels, nails, screws, and clamps to form finished units.
• Maintain high levels of craftsmanship and precision during assembly processes.

What's Needed?

• Experience in woodworking or carpentry is preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of woodworking tools and equipment.
• Ability to read measuring devices such as tape measures, levels, and straight rules.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
• Detail-oriented with strong accountability and communication skills.
