Job Summary:
The Xray Technologist position is located in Bismarck, North Dakota, within a Level II Trauma Center. The role involves providing general radiography imaging services, including fluoroscopy, c-arm, cartography, and trauma procedures. This position requires adherence to hospital protocols and participation in orientation programs, with shifts including overnight hours on a rotating schedule.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, including overnight rotations (Wednesday night through Tuesday night), with shifts from 11pm to 7am or 7pm to 7am as specified. Orientation will occur Monday to Friday during the first two weeks.
- Required Qualifications: 2+ years of radiology operative experience, North Dakota State Licensure (willing to obtain), ARRT certification, and required call participation.
- Preferred Qualifications: Trauma Level I/II experience, high-volume hospital experience (400+ beds), prior travel experience.
- Additional Information: Candidate must be able to work independently, float to other units, and work holidays as applicable. Scrubs will be supplied. EMR training includes EPIC, PACS (McKesson), GE, Phillips, Carestream, and Toshiba systems.
