Job Summary:
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings in Missouri. This position involves assessing, diagnosing, and rehabilitating patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders. The role includes developing personalized treatment plans, utilizing standardized assessments, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and clinical practice standards. The SLP will document patient progress, collaborate with healthcare team members, and support patient discharge processes.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week starting 08/31/2026.
- Required Qualifications: One year of Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) experience, Missouri State License, Certified Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology, active American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and State licensure, with a minimum of 0 years of experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Three years of experience holding active Certified Clinical Specialist (CCS) certification are preferred.
- Additional Information: The role involves supervising and supporting Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or Student Speech-Language Pathologists, participating in facility and company meetings, and obtaining necessary Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or supplies as required. Candidates must adhere to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and State practice acts, codes of conduct, and ethics.
