Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: Lives alone but I and my sister are close by and visit a few times a week. My mom suffers from dementia so her memory has been going and she would need help with general tasks around the house - personal care, meals, etc. She spends most of her day at home watching tv, doing crosswords, puzzles, reading, etc. About the care needs: Someone who has experience with memory care and can generally help with daily tasks/to dos and mostly reminders. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
