Babysitter Needed for my Children

I am looking for a great babysitter for my grandchildren in Lincoln. I would prefer someone who could help out with prepping food for the children. I would prefer a babysitter who has their own car, who does not smoke and who is comfortable with pets. There is a very friendly dog here who may try to jump on people, but can be put in a crate when needed. These four kids are visiting me for up to a week. I need to go to the gym twice a week, but would also like to take the older three on outings and leave the 2-year-old with the sitter. It would help me to have the sitter as a helper also sometimes when I am home.
