Nanny Needed For My Children

We have a boy (5), boy (3), and girl (almost 2), and are looking for a babysitter with a flexible schedule. My wife works part time at a hospital, and her hours vary per week. Some weeks she works 1 day, other weeks she works 4. When the sitter does work, it would be from around 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The boys will be going to school half day mornings, but transportation is taken care of. The day would consist of playing with them, making their lunch, and putting our daughter down for her nap. The boys love dinosaurs and sports, and the girl is into dolls and music. They also enjoy going outside to our backyard or the playground nearby.
