Childcare Needed

We're looking for a warm, reliable mother's helper for our sweet 6-month-old daughter. My husband and I both work from home, so this is a shared role: part baby care, part keeping our home running. Mornings: take over at 7:00 for feeds (7 and 10), diaper changes, and playtime. Around 8:30-9:00, wind-down and first nap in the crib. She's sleep trained and goes down awake. During her nap (45 min to 1. 5 hrs), help reset the house: bottles, dishes, tidying, laundry, light meal prep, or a playing soccer in the yard with our friendly 2. 5-year-old dog.
