Nanny Needed

Both of my daughters have autism and require a caregiver who is patient, compassionate, and experienced with children on the autism spectrum. My oldest is 9, and my youngest is 4. They thrive with structure, consistency, and gentle guidance. They enjoy sensory activities, playing, music, and spending time outdoors. Because they are nonverbal, its important that their caregiver is comfortable using alternative ways to communicate, understands autism, and can provide a safe, supportive, and positive environment while helping with daily routines and encouraging their independence.
