Machine Operator

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Altavista, VA

Pay Range: $15.55

Shift: 12-hour shifts starting at 6:00 PM and ending at 6:30 AM

What's the Job?

• Inspect, label, and package raw and finished products
• Operate manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices
• Work in a clean-room environment as required
• Perform moderate supervision tasks and ensure quality standards are met

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of machine operation experience
• Ability to pass Background check and urine drug screen 
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts with reliability
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
