Advantage Chevrolet of Bridgeview is looking for motivated Automotive Sales Associates to join our fast-paced retail team. This role offers strong earning potential, ongoing training, and a supportive environment where you’ll help customers find the right vehicle and navigate financing options.

Bilingual candidates—especially Spanish, Ukrainian, Polish, or Russian—are strongly encouraged to apply.

  

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist customers from greeting to vehicle delivery

· Provide multilingual support when applicable

· Learn Chevrolet products and features

· Manage the sales process including test drives, trade-ins, pricing, and paperwork

· Coordinate financing with the finance team

· Build customer relationships through follow-up and service

· Meet sales goals and maintain CRM records

Requirements:

 Qualifications:

· Sales or customer service experience preferred

· Bilingual skills a strong plus

· Strong communication and customer-focused mindset

· Goal-oriented, coachable, and tech-comfortable

· Valid driver’s license with acceptable record
