Delivery Assistant

Are you looking for a stable career that gets you out of the warehouse and on the road? GL Staffing is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver / Inventory Coordinator , a growing company that services major theme parks and commercial customers throughout Central Florida.

This is a unique position that combines local deliveries, inventory management, and customer service in a full-time, permanent role.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customer locations using a company-issued box truck or cargo van (2 days per week).
• Drive your personal vehicle to customer job sites for inventory counts and product scanning (approximately 3 days per week).
• Perform inventory audits using handheld scanners and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Load and unload products weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Maintain professional relationships while working at customer locations, including Disney and Universal properties.
• Ensure deliveries are accurate, timely, and safely completed.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Reliable personal vehicle for inventory visits.
• Comfortable driving a box truck or cargo van.
• Previous delivery, warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer or handheld scanner experience is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Pay: $18.00/hour
• Increase to $20.00/hour after successful 90-day review
• Mileage reimbursement at $0.72 per mile when using your personal vehicle for work-related travel.
• Monday–Friday schedule
