🧠 Role Overview

We’re seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Tech with Angio experience to support a busy, cutting-edge department. You’ll assist in a wide range of diagnostic and interventional procedures while ensuring patient safety and high-quality imaging.

🔍 What You’ll Do

• Assist as scrub, circulator, or monitoring tech during procedures
• Perform and support angiography and interventional procedures
• Operate IR imaging equipment and ensure high-quality images
• Maintain sterile field and follow infection control protocols
• Prepare patients and verify orders and identification
• Assist with:
  • Embolizations  
  • SIRT mapping/treatments
  • Nephrostomy & biliary tube placements
  • CT-guided procedures (biopsies, drains, ablations)
  • Neuro IR stroke & diagnostic procedures
• Monitor patients and respond to emergent situations
• Document procedures and maintain accurate records
• Provide patient education and post-procedure care
• Ensure radiation safety compliance ⚠️ 

✅ Requirements

• ARRT (R) – Required
• BLS (AHA) – Required
• 1–2+ years of Interventional or Vascular experience
• Strong knowledge of angiography and IR procedures
• Ability to work independently and in a team 

⚠️ Important Notes

• Radiation badge (dosimeter) required
• On-call required:
  • ~1 weekday per week
  • ~1 weekend per month 

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

• ARRT (VI) or Interventional certification
• Experience in high-acuity IR labs
• Strong sterile technique and procedural skills
