Minimum Requirements:

• Physical Therapist License for CT or Compact as applicable
• Applicable recent experience in this work setting
• Minimum 1 Year of experience
• Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
• Certifications: CT PT License, BLS
• Equipment/Procedures: Outpatient physical medicine and rehabilitation, ortho and potential neuro treatment, patient & family education, special populations care
