Babysitter - Now Hiring

We both are scientists working from home during normal business hours. Shebis generally healthy, happy, and calm. We have her sleep trained from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. and it requires a specific nap schedule. Adherence to this 1h morning and 2h mid-day nap schedule provides a 3h timeblock during which other household activities can be conducted (cooking, cleaning, laundry, etc.) can be conducted.
