Nanny Needed For My Children

We have our 70+ year old mother who helps watch our two girls. She needs help and/or someone to relieve her afternoons. The girls usually do arts and crafts, play in the sunroom with monitoring, eat breakfast and lunch but dinner with us. Our oldest is potty trained for the most part. Just needs reminding to go/wash her hands/help wipe for number twos. Our youngest is still in diapers but will usually announce when shes gone. Looking for someone playful, can manage sibling jealousy/learning big emotions, someone attentive and preferably has CPR/First aid certification.
